Saving Data in Completed PDF Forms

To save the data you enter in a PDF form requires use of a different program than the Adobe Reader.   The free Adobe Reader won't let you save the data you enter, but some other programs will.

Since the Charge Conference forms have been revised as "undated" forms, the data you save this year can be reused next year, changing only the information that is different.  The rest will already be there.
