Notes

• The forms must be saved to your computer and then filled out.  You can either "left click" and then "Save" or  "right click" and then "save target to file."  If you try to save the file on our server, it won't let you; it will ask for a password.

• It is infinitely easier to update Local Church Officials online via the conference website that to fill out the Local Church officials Form!!!  See for youself with this short, fast video tour:

• There are several changes this year on forms, so many of the old forms are now obsolete.

• There is no Treasurer's Report this year since the Statistical Reports are going to the District offices.
